Returns & Exchanges // Cancelations

Refunds will only be granted in particular situations. Urban Couture no longer offers refunds unless it was a mistake or error on our behalf.
  • We now only offer the option to exchange the item/item's or the customer can just take a store credit if the customer prefers.

For an Exchange once your item is received you have two business days to send the item back to us to process your Exchange however if you are unsure of what you want to Exchange your item for we can give the customer a store credit in the mean time. But the customer still needs to send back the item within that time frame.

For Cancelations If we have already started the process for your order, There will be a 10% Cancelation fee due to the inconvenience of us taking the item out of our inventory for a potential customer who changes their mind last minute when we could of potentially have sold it to a serious buyer.

Items must be returned at the customer's expense.

The customer must be able to provide proof of postage (tracking number or receipt) just in case your order is lost in the process of being sent back to Urban Couture which may result in us not being able to process your return or exchange.

Please contact us for return address as we change locations often so we relocate our box from time to time.

We have the right to not credit you back if one decides to go against the terms of our Return/Exchange Policy.
